Chelsea + Mav : Manasquan Beach Portrait Session

You may have many best friends, but your dog only has one.

For these two, I know the feeling is mutual. Mav is truly Chelsea’s rock. They’ve got an unshakeable bond that is an inspiration when you are in their presence.

I’m lucky that I get to see them together every week! Chelsea is, amongst many other great achievements, an amazing trainer at the gym I go to. Maverick is by her side 24/7, checking on her classes and sticking by the person who gives the best pats.

It’s obvious at first glance that these two are meant to be together. They share a passion for making people feel great, and carry that with them wherever they go. Mav is loyal to the bone, and when Chelsea talks about him, she instantly lights up. I’m sure if Mav could, he would say the same.

What an honor it was to photograph the bond they share and create beautiful artwork that celebrates who they are for each other. We played at Manasquan beach (one of their happy places), and then went and played hockey like they have done since Mav was a pup.
