Newtown and the CBD

After heading into Sydney's Darling Harbour to finally see Avatar on IMax 3D (which was hands down the best movie I've ever seen), we took advantage of the day tripper pass and made it over to Newtown. It's a really cool part of Sydney with a lot of character and an artsy feel. Lots of sweet bookshops, graffiti, and scattered pubs. By dusk we made it back to the ferry which we missed by a few minutes, so I was able to snag a few more photos around the Opera House.
