Hanging with the Gutenski Family

Every day I feel so lucky to be doing what I love to do, and especially when I get to hang with families like this. I was invited over to their pre-Christmas tradition where everyone gets together for an early Christmas celebration. The kids were so amazingly well behaved (and stinking cute), and you could see their unfiltered excitement the whole time. It was an honor to be a part of such a special day, and here's a few frames from the evening!

Little Logan.

Mad and I stayed in Philly after Kate and Steve's awesome wedding, and met up with Beth, Jared and little Logan at their home on Sunday. Logan's 6 months old and full of smiles all the time. Such a cute kid. Beth and Jared were awesome and have a beautiful little house for this guy to grow up in. We got some insane weather for the shoot, downpour and lightning as i got there and sunshine intermittently as we left. Got some great photos though, check a few out below!

i should have a caption contest for logan with these photos..

The Wagners

Hailing from the deep dirty south, my cousin Stephanie and her kids drove up from North Carolina and spent the better part of a week with us on their summer vacation.  I got to squeeze in a pretty fun photo session or two, and thought I'd share a couple goodies…

On a side note, I think it was only necessary to do it underwater because they spent at least 12 hours a day in the pool!!! So much fun.

Noah & Co.

I had the privilege of shooting my good friend Erin's family during one of the first times they've been in the same place at the same time in quite a while.  It also happened to be the day before the young gun of the group, Noah, turned the big 1 (yes, he definitely was extremely cute and the star of the show as you will see).  He was possibly the most well behaved 1 year old I've ever dealt with!  We headed to Allaire State Park in the afternoon to make a few photos of this super clan in action.  I've got to say, they were some of the most appreciative and easy going people I've ever had the honor of working with.  What a good time we had in the park… got in an intense game of Risk, had a few strolls down some beautiful paths in the woods, got to play on the railroad tracks, and even had a little time playing with the family labrador.  I've posted a couple of my favorites, but it was such a hard decision to pick only a few.  Check em out below!

favorite shot of the day, such a cute little guy
